AgendaGlow Information
AgendaGlow allows users to create, manage, time, and improve agendas and meetings.
When you use AgendaGlow, we may collect and process information related to agendas, agenda titles, meeting titles, meeting descriptions, agenda items, timing preferences, meeting duration, completion history, viewer links, AI-generated agenda content, and related meeting-support features.
Some AgendaGlow information may be stored locally on your device. Certain features, such as AI agenda generation, viewer links, analytics, cloud-based functionality, or sharing features, may require information to be transmitted to our servers or third-party service providers.
Some AgendaGlow features may allow information to be shared with other people, such as through viewer links or shared meeting views. If you create or share a viewer link, people with access to that link may be able to view the information associated with that agenda or meeting. You are responsible for deciding what information to include and with whom to share it.
TimeGlow Information
TimeGlow allows users to create, run, and manage personal focus sessions, focus cycles, short breaks, long breaks, timer settings, completion history, reminders, and related productivity information.
When you use TimeGlow, we may collect and process information related to focus session names, task descriptions, focus durations, break durations, timer settings, completion history, session outcomes, notification preferences, usage history, and related productivity-support features.
Some TimeGlow information may be stored locally on your device. Certain features, such as analytics, subscription management, advertising, cloud-based functionality, notifications, or future AI-powered features, may require information to be transmitted to our servers or third-party service providers.
TimeGlow is intended for personal productivity and focus management. It is not intended to store confidential, regulated, legally protected, or sensitive personal information.
AI-Powered Features
Our applications may offer AI-powered features, including agenda generation, content suggestions, meeting-support tools, focus-session assistance, or similar functionality.
When you use AI-powered features, the text and instructions you submit may be transmitted to a third-party artificial intelligence service provider for processing and generation of a response.
Information submitted to an AI-powered feature may include meeting topics, descriptions, requested agenda structure, target duration, focus-session information, task descriptions, requested session structure, and other text you choose to provide. We use this information to provide the requested feature, maintain and improve the service, prevent misuse, and diagnose technical problems.
Do not submit trade secrets, passwords, financial account information, health information, highly sensitive personal information, or confidential business information through AI-powered features.
Third-party artificial intelligence service providers may process information according to their own contractual terms and privacy practices.
We do not intend to use your private agenda, meeting, or focus-session content to train our own general-purpose artificial intelligence models unless we clearly state otherwise and obtain consent where required.
Microphone, Speech Recognition, and Dictation
Our applications may request access to your device’s microphone or speech-recognition functionality when you choose to use voice input or dictation. Microphone access is not required for basic agenda creation, meeting timing, focus sessions, or timer functionality and is activated only when you initiate a voice-enabled feature and grant permission.
Audio or speech information may be processed by your device’s operating system, Apple, Google, or another speech-recognition provider. DozenRed may receive the resulting transcribed text. Your use of device-based dictation or speech recognition may also be governed by the privacy terms of your device platform or speech-recognition provider.
You may disable microphone or speech-recognition access through your device settings.
Viewer Links and Shared Content
AgendaGlow may allow you to create or share a viewer link containing agenda or timing information. Anyone who receives or gains access to a viewer link may be able to view the information associated with it.
Do not include confidential, sensitive, or personal information in content shared through a viewer link unless you are authorized to share it. You are responsible for deciding who receives a viewer link and for protecting it from unintended access.
TimeGlow is currently intended for personal focus management and may not include viewer links or shared meeting-style content. If TimeGlow adds sharing features in the future, information you choose to share may be visible to people who receive or access the shared content.
Analytics and Diagnostics
We may use analytics and diagnostic services, including services provided by Google Firebase and Google Analytics, to understand how our website and applications are used.
These services may collect application interactions, feature usage, device information, operating-system information, application version, approximate location derived from an IP address, crash information, diagnostic information, and identifiers associated with an application installation or device.
Analytics events may include actions such as creating an agenda, starting a meeting, completing an agenda, using a sharing feature, starting a focus session, completing a focus cycle, starting a break, changing timer settings, or interacting with a subscription or purchase feature. Advertising
Our website and applications may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google.
Free versions of our applications may display advertisements. Paid or ad-free subscription options may remove advertisements as described in the applicable application at the time of purchase.
For TimeGlow, we currently intend not to display advertisements during active focus sessions, although advertisements may appear in other parts of the application.
Advertising partners may collect or receive information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, application interactions, approximate location, and information about advertisements displayed or selected. This information may be used to deliver, measure, limit, or personalize advertisements, depending on your consent choices, account settings, device settings, and applicable law.
Where required, we or our advertising partners will request permission before using information to track your activity across applications or websites owned by other companies. You can manage advertising and tracking permissions through your device settings.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions made through our mobile applications are processed by the applicable application marketplace, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
DozenRed does not directly receive your complete payment-card information. We may receive transaction-related information from the marketplace, such as the product purchased, subscription status, transaction identifier, renewal status, country or region, entitlement status, and purchase-validation information.
