These AgendaGlow Terms of Use explain how you may use the AgendaGlow app and its subscription features.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AgendaGlow mobile app and related services (“Service”), provided by DozenRed LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using AgendaGlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Subscriptions
AgendaGlow offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans (“AgendaGlow Pro”). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse AgendaGlow, including but not limited to attempting to interfere with the app’s performance, reverse engineering the service, or using the Service for illegal or harmful purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
AgendaGlow, including its design, branding, content, and functionality, is the property of DozenRed LLC. These Terms do not grant any ownership rights or licenses except for a personal, non-commercial right to use the Service.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
AgendaGlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DozenRed LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
