TimeGlow Terms of Use (EULA)

These TimeGlow Terms of Use explain how you may use the TimeGlow app and its subscription features.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TimeGlow mobile app and related services (“Service”), provided by DozenRed LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using TimeGlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

  1. Subscriptions

TimeGlow may offer optional auto-renewable subscription plans (“TimeGlow Pro”). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

TimeGlow may also offer a free version supported by limited advertising. Ads are not intended to interrupt active focus sessions.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse TimeGlow, including but not limited to attempting to interfere with the app’s performance, reverse engineering the Service, bypassing subscription or advertising features, or using the Service for illegal or harmful purposes.

  1. Personal Productivity Tool

TimeGlow is designed as a personal focus and time-management tool. The Service may help you create focus sessions, focus cycles, breaks, reminders, and related productivity records.

TimeGlow does not guarantee any specific productivity, health, wellness, academic, professional, or performance outcome. You are responsible for how you use the Service and for making appropriate decisions about your work, rest, schedule, and personal well-being.

  1. Intellectual Property

TimeGlow, including its design, branding, content, traffic-light timing system, software, and functionality, is the property of DozenRed LLC. These Terms do not grant any ownership rights or licenses except for a personal, non-commercial right to use the Service.

TimeGlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party productivity method, brand, or trademark holder. Any references to general focus, work, or break timing concepts are for descriptive purposes only.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

  1. Disclaimer

TimeGlow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we guarantee that the Service will meet your specific needs or expectations.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DozenRed LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
